Dennis Smith studied Fine Arts at the Parsons School of Design in New York City. After moving from New York to Los Angeles, CA in 1989, Dennis worked in the film industry for many years, eventually becoming a production designer. However, it was his love and appreciation of architecture and historical homes that eventually led him to leave the film business and become a general contractor. For over 10 years, Dennis has specialized in restoring and preserving the original architectural character of historical homes while incorporating building methods of modern times to add longevity, functionality, and value, as well as aesthetic beauty.
